Fernando Carvalho Carlini

Lawyer with 24 years of experience in the strategic management of judicial proceedings and in the administration of complex labor litigation portfolios, with a distinguished career in corporate legal practice and strategic litigation. For more than 15 years, he has held legal leadership positions in companies within the mining, industrial and services sectors, being responsible for team management, development of litigation strategies, implementation of performance indicators, and the establishment of practices aimed at operational efficiency, risk mitigation and the consistent reduction of legal liabilities.

He has solid experience in Compliance and Data Protection, working on the structuring and implementation of integrity programs, drafting internal policies, conducting corporate investigations, creating and managing whistleblowing channels, and supporting companies in their compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). He also advises on preventive labor matters, focusing on governance, dispute prevention and the strengthening of organizational culture.

He is a professor and speaker in the fields of Law, Artificial Intelligence applied to Law, Compliance and Legal Design, delivering courses and in-company training for companies and institutions, with a focus on leadership development, risk prevention and the modernization of legal practices.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law, with research focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence and Legal Design in the legal environment. He also holds postgraduate degrees in Labor and Social Security Law and in Strategic Business Management, combining strong academic training with practical experience in leading highly complex and strategically relevant legal projects.
