CAMILA MELO FRANCOG. MOTTA

Lawyer graduated from Milton Campos Law School, specializing in Public Law, with a postgraduate degree in Business Law from PUC Minas and an MBA in International Business from FGV. She is certified in Self & Professional Coaching by IBC and has additional training in Design Thinking, Agile Methodologies, Leadership Development, Preceptor Training, and LGPD, combining technical skills with strategic and management competencies.

With over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience, she has accumulated knowledge in Business Law, Compliance, Public Law, Administrative Law, Contracts, Labor Law, and Labor Relations, working in both preventive and litigation areas. Her career includes experience in the legal departments of large companies, where she developed an integrated view of legal demands and business objectives, with a focus on risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory integrity.

She excels in conducting internal investigations to investigate misconduct, implementing integrity programs, and structuring anti-corruption policies.

In the area of data protection, she coordinates projects to ensure compliance with the LGPD, developing and supervising privacy policies and practices. In addition, she acts as a DPO as a Service, performing the role of external data officer for clients, in accordance with ANPD guidelines.
