Thiago Drumond Lacerda

Thiago has over 12 years of experience in civil consulting and litigation, especially in matters involving consumer transactions, tort law and credit recovery. He practices filing and conducting suits and extrajudicial proceedings, as well as consulting in these fields, both as plaintiff and defendant. That includes suits such as: damages, pain and suffering, loss of profits arising from events of various natures, as well as enforcement of out of court instruments, collection suits, monitoring and judicial disputes involving contracts or commercial disputes.

He has a graduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-MG.
