Alexandre Rosa Gonçalves

Alexandre has over 10 years of experience in consulting and litigation in ​​Real Estate Law, dealing with purchase and sale of property, leasing, Built-to-Suit operations, advising investors, implementing land subdivisions, real estate developments, regularizations and due diligences, as well as litigating in real estate issues such as eviction, adverse possession, expropriation, constitution of easement and others, always aiming to promote secure legal relationships.

Alexandre has worked as a Support Court Clerk for the State Court of Minas Gerais (TJMG), is a specialist in Procedural Law by PUC/Minas, a member of the Real Estate Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/MG) (2016-2018), and has taken several Real Estate courses.

He understands that active listening, the exercise of alterity, collaboration and positivity, combined with technical training, are important tools for practicing in ​​Real Estate Law and in legal practice in general.
