Guilherme has more than ten years of experience in legal advisory services and corporate civil litigation, assisting a wide range of companies, including technology startups, telecommunications companies, construction firms, transportation companies and healthcare businesses. He manages everything from high-volume matters, such as consumer claims, to more complex cases that require strategic and highly tailored solutions.

He specializes in Legal Management (IBMEC), Procedural Law (PUC Minas) and Contract Law (CEDIN-MG), and also holds international certifications in data protection and information security from EXIN (PDPE and ISFS).

His practice is strongly focused on contracts and civil liability, whether structuring agreements, reviewing risks or resolving disputes that have already reached the courts.
